My absolute favorite vacation spot is when I went to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. We drove to Hilton Head for fourteen hours but stopped to sleep in Tennessee. We ended up staying at the Sonesta Resort right by Vandermeer tennis camp. The main reason we went to Hilton Head Island was to improve my tennis by going to Vandermeer tennis camp for eight hours a day. Another activity we did was go biking since our hotel rented free bikes. Another thing my family and I did was go swimming in our hotel.
We mainly went to Hilton Head Island to play tennis, but there were so many other options. One of the things we did while we were in Hilton Head Island was go biking. Our hotel was renting free bikes so we rode to a nearby Mexican restaurant. The ride was absolutely astounding, and they had the most scrumptious burritos. Another thing that we did in Hilton Head Island was play tennis. My sister and I went to Vandermeer tennis camp for a week to play tennis. It was a great opportunity for my sister and I to learn new things to improve our overall game. While we were at the tennis camp we met a variety of people from all over the world coming from places such as Australia and even places in Africa. Another thing we did while at Hilton Head Island was go swimming. Our hotel had an outdoor pool which was nice to relax when after playing tennis for almost eight hours.
All in all, I adored going to Hilton Head Island and I hope I can go back again. I had such a blast whether it was from swimming, or even playing tennis in 90-degree weather. One of my favorite parts was going to play tennis because I learned so many things about how to improve my game. I had such a great time while I was at Hilton Head Island, and I hope I can visit Hilton Head again.
